Return & Refund Policy

RCCrafter is operated by YOYO INFO UK LTD. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with an item, you can return most products for a refund or an exchange.

Your Statutory Right to Cancel (UK and EU customers)

If you are a consumer in the United Kingdom or the European Union you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it, for any reason, under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013 and the EU Consumer Rights Directive. To cancel, email support@rccrafter.com within 14 days of delivery. We will refund the full price of the goods together with the standard outgoing delivery charge. Return postage in a statutory cancellation is paid by you.

Because our own return window below is longer than the statutory one, you may simply use the 30-day policy instead. Nothing in this policy limits your statutory rights, and the exclusions listed below do not remove your right to cancel within the 14-day period except for the categories the law exempts — for example sealed items that have been unsealed for hygiene reasons, or goods made to your specification.

30-Day Return Policy

In addition to your statutory rights, you may return most items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or an exchange.

Conditions

  • The item must be unused and in the same condition you received it
  • The original packaging must be intact, with all accessories and manuals included
  • Proof of purchase (your order number) is required
  • Returns must be authorised in advance — see “How to Return” below

Items we cannot accept back

  • Used, installed or fitted parts
  • Batteries and LiPo packs that have been charged or used, for safety and shipping-regulation reasons
  • Custom or special-order items
  • Clearance or final-sale items that were marked as such at the time of purchase

How to Return

  1. Email support@rccrafter.com with your order number and the reason for the return.
  2. Wait for our returns authorisation (RA) number and the return address. Returns sent without an RA number cannot be processed.
  3. Pack the item securely and write the RA number on the outside of the parcel.
  4. Send the parcel to the address we provide, using a tracked service. We cannot refund items that go missing in transit.

Unless the item is faulty, damaged or incorrect, the cost of return shipping is paid by you. For faulty, damaged or incorrect items we will cover the return shipping cost.

Refunds

Once we have received and inspected the returned item we will process your refund within 5–7 business days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Your bank or card provider may take a further 3–10 business days to post the credit to your account.

Exchanges

Need a different colour, size or part? Contact us and we will help you exchange it, subject to availability.

Damaged or Defective Items

If an item arrives damaged or is not working, contact us within 14 days of delivery with your order number and photos or a short video. We will arrange a replacement or a full refund, including any return shipping cost.
