Standard Warranty

All products sold by RCCrafter come with a manufacturer's warranty unless otherwise stated. Warranty terms vary by brand and product category.

Warranty Coverage

Warranties typically cover:

• Manufacturing defects
• Material defects
• Component failure under normal use

Warranty Does NOT Cover

• Damage from crashes, impacts, or misuse
• Water damage (unless product is waterproof-rated)
• Normal wear and tear
• Battery swelling or damage from improper charging
• Modified or repaired items
• Consumable items (tires, gears, propellers)

How to Claim Warranty

1. Email support@rccrafter.com with your order number
2. Describe the issue and include photos/video
3. We'll assess and either replace, repair, or refund

Brand-Specific Warranties

• Hobbywing: 180 days from purchase
• Castle Creations: 1 year from purchase
• Other brands: Contact us for details
