• Original packaging must be intact
• All accessories and manuals included
• Proof of purchase required

Non-Returnable Items

• Batteries (safety reasons)
• Custom or special-order items
• Clearance or final sale items

How to Return

1. Email support@rccrafter.com with your order number and reason for return
2. Wait for return authorization (RA) number
3. Package item securely with RA number on the box
4. Ship to the address provided

Refund Process

Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item. Refund will be credited to your original payment method.

Damaged or Defective Items

Received a damaged or defective item? Contact us immediately with photos. We'll arrange a replacement or full refund at no extra cost to you.
