Warranty Policy

Standard Warranty

All products sold by RCCrafter come with a manufacturer's warranty unless otherwise stated. Warranty terms vary by brand and product category.

Warranty Coverage

Warranties typically cover:

  • Manufacturing defects
  • Material defects
  • Component failure under normal use

Warranty Does NOT Cover

  • Damage from crashes, impacts, or misuse
  • Water damage (unless product is waterproof-rated)
  • Normal wear and tear
  • Battery swelling or damage from improper charging
  • Modified or repaired items
  • Consumable items (tires, gears, propellers)

How to Claim Warranty

  1. Email support@rccrafter.com with your order number
  2. Describe the issue and include photos/video
  3. We'll assess and either replace, repair, or refund

Brand-Specific Warranties

Manufacturer warranty terms vary by brand and by product. We do not publish a blanket term for every brand because the manufacturer sets it, not us. If the exact warranty period matters to you before you buy, email support@rccrafter.com with a link to the product and we will confirm the manufacturer's term for that item in writing.

Where a manufacturer does offer a warranty, we handle the claim for you — you deal with us, not with the factory.

Your Statutory Rights (UK and EU)

The warranty above is in addition to your legal rights and does not replace them. Under the UK Consumer Rights Act 2015, goods must be of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose and as described. If an item does not meet those standards you are entitled to a repair, replacement or refund — in the first 30 days you may reject the goods for a full refund. For the first six months the law assumes the fault was present at delivery unless the seller can prove otherwise. Nothing in this Warranty Policy limits those rights.
