30-Day Return Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy, you can return most items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Your Statutory Right to Cancel (UK and EU customers)

If you are a consumer in the United Kingdom or the European Union you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it, for any reason, under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013 and the EU Consumer Rights Directive. Email support@rccrafter.com within 14 days of delivery to cancel; we will refund the price of the goods together with the standard outgoing delivery charge. Return postage in a statutory cancellation is paid by you.

Because our own 30-day window below is longer, you may simply use that instead. Nothing in this policy limits your statutory rights.

Return Conditions

• Item must be in original, unused condition
• Original packaging must be intact
• All accessories and manuals included
• Proof of purchase required

Non-Returnable Items

• Used or installed parts
• Batteries (safety reasons)
• Custom or special-order items
• Clearance or final sale items

How to Return

1. Email support@rccrafter.com with your order number and reason for return
2. Wait for return authorization (RA) number
3. Package item securely with RA number on the box
4. Ship to the address provided

Refund Process

Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item. Refund will be credited to your original payment method.

Exchanges

Need a different item? Contact us and we'll help you exchange it for the right product.

Damaged or Defective Items

Received a damaged or defective item? Contact us immediately with photos. We'll arrange a replacement or full refund at no extra cost to you.
